macOS for Apple Silicon includes IOTextEncryptionFamily.kext and FairPlayIOKit.kext.
So if an iPhone app isn’t available on the Mac App Store, you should be able to just download the IPA from Apple Configurator and run it, no jailbroken phone for decryption needed.
